Released 12 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
Fixed: Beanbag shotgun: a hit on a player now knocks them to the ground for 10 seconds instead of doing shotgun damage, and it no longer leaves gunshot wounds.
Fixed: /rubberbullets now works for every on-duty law enforcement faction, including the sheriff's office, not only LSPD and Highway Patrol.
Fixed: Casino cash desks and game tables: the clerk or dealer now stands exactly where staff placed them in the World Editor and can no longer be pushed around.
Fixed: Adverts: the checklist now says Place, Number, or Number or place depending on the category, matching the rule that property, event and venue adverts need a place.
Balance: Fishing rods wear far slower, scaled to what each rod is built for, so a Deep-Sea Rod lasts hours of big-game fishing. A repair made mid-session is no longer undone by the next catch.
Fixed: Boomboxes and speakers go back to your inventory when you leave the server or switch character, instead of playing forever where you left them.
Fixed: Logging off now tidies up after you as it was always meant to: your cars and rentals are put away, you go off duty, and logging off while downed leaves your belongings on your body.
Fixed: Dealership previews no longer leave the previous car under the new one when you switch models.
Fixed: /pos and the till now say why when there is no till here or a tab is for managers only, instead of doing nothing.
Fixed: The 24/7 on Paleto Boulevard has its floor back.
Fixed: Fire, EMS and police NPC callouts are spread across the county instead of piling up on one road north of Paleto Bay, and never land on top of each other.
Fixed: The Sandy Shores public garage has moved to the supermarket car park. The old spot was inside a house.
Fixed: Off-road trucks and SUVs like the Sandstorm now have seatbelts. Only motorbikes, bicycles, boats and quads have none.
Fixed: NPC 911 calls on the Balkan server are now in Bosnian.
Fixed: Company cars now come back where you parked them instead of at an old spawn point.
